How to lose weight in One month.
We all have a common question and of course, it is a trending topic now, " How to lose weight in a month or Is it possible to lose weight in a month?"
My reply to those people who get this question is " it is possible". There are many fitness apps, sites, articles etc that are available on the internet.
Today I am going to provide a few useful and effective tips to lose weight, you can follow these tips and diet plans for a month and can check whether you were able to achieve your goal.
Before getting into the topic I would like to give you a piece of information, To lose weight in a month all you need is determination, focus, control, and last but not the least hard work.
Remember, nothing comes without hard work and if you get something without hard work then it will never stay long.
To lose weight, the first mistake most of the people does is they skip their meal. I personally advise that starving won't help us to lose weight. I know what you think right now " how to reduce?". So to lose weight you may need to follow diet and exercise most of the celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Amir Khan, Tiger sheriff, Chris Hemsworth, etc follow diet and exercise regularly, and that's how they maintain their body.
The following diet plans and workouts could help you to lose weight and I will add a few links which you can take a look.
BREAKFAST: 3 Full eggs with 50g of cheese, 6 almonds and 3 walnuts.
LUNCH: 200 grams of chicken with a cup of rice and some salad.
SNACK: 100g of grilled fish tossed in butter or sprouts ( for vegetarians)
DINNER: 100g of fish and avocados. or Sandwich with veggies ( for vegetarians)
PRE-WORKOUT: 1 banana or puffed rice.POST-WORKOUT: protein shakes or peanut butter.WATER INTAKE: 4 litres minimum.
Diet and workout go hand in hand, Just by following a diet you cannot expect a good result. You can follow a diet to maintain it but to lose weight, exercise is very important.
I will suggest a few weight loss workouts.
1. First and the foremost workout for weight loss is cardio, begin the day with cardio like running or walking. Make sure that you jog for at least a mile a day. Remember when you decide to go for a run, never run at a stretch because you will lose energy and will be tired. A combination of walk and jog will give you a good result.
2. Burpees with pushups. This workout I would suggest because it is a combination of multiple workouts. If you are not aware of what a burpees with pushups is, don't worry I have attached link below.
3. Mountain climbers. This is an effective workout which will help you to sweat more and lose weight. As the name suggests, it is similar to mountain climbing. By doing this workout you can burn belly fat. If you wanna know how to do Mountain climbers, click on the link below.
4. Skipping. We all are aware of skipping. I would say skipping is the most simplest and effective workout for weight loss because skipping burns more calories indeed helps to lose weight.
5. Planks. Planks won't help your heart pumping, but it will boost all muscles from the core to back to glutes to the arm. I personally recommend adding planks to your workout plans.
These are the few effective tips which I share for people who took weight loss challenge. Once again, hard work is the key for weight loss challenge. We know celebrities also do the same, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff shared a video which went viral on body transformation, I hope that could be a perfect example for hard work, They even shared about their diet plan in an interview, you all can take a look of those interviews which could motivate you.
